Homeowners- Protects your home and personal property against physical damage caused by covered losses. It also includes liability coverage in the event you are sued by a third party.  Other coverages can also be provided as needed.

Renters- Protects your personal property and provides for liability coverage in the event you are sued by a third party when you are a renter.

Dwelling- Another type of policy on houses and is often used to protect property other than your home against physical damage caused by fire and other events.

Hurricane- This can be a part of your homeowners, renters or dwelling policy to provide protection against physical damage caused by a hurricane.

Autos and Motorcycles- Liability coverage to protect you from the risk of operating a motor vehicle.  Coverage for the physical damage to your vehicle can also be included along with other coverages as needed.

Umbrella- This policy provides coverage over and above your underlying liability policies.  This will cover damages in excess of your basic limits for claims relating to bodily injury, property damages, and personal injury.

Flood- Flood risk is normally excluded from other policies.  A flood policy will protect your dwelling, other structures and personal property.
